Local Athletes Have a Great Start to the 2015 Beach Season!

It's early in the 2015 Beach volleyball season, but we are already seeing athletes taking advantage of their early season training by posting some impressive results in the early season qualifier tournaments. Keep up the hard work everyone and keep doing a great job of representing when you head out to play.

 Cyrene and Deahna have won an AVPNext Series event, an Alki U18 event and finished top of the silver division at an Alki Women's Open event!  

 Bailey and Maya have won bids on back to back weekends!  In Las Vegas, the girls won the U16 division and a bid to the AAU Junior Olympics.  The following weekend in Vancouver, WA they won the U16 Division of the Pacific Northwest Open and a bid to the USA Junior Beach Tour National Championships!

Logan and Elizabeth won the U12 Division of the Pacific Northwest Open and qualified for the USA Junior Beach Tour National Championships.  The weekend before they posted two runner up finishes in U14 events and a fifth place finish in a U18 event.  Not too shabby for a couple of 11 year olds!
